The fridge is running forever and not cooling well. I cleaned off the coils. The defrost pan has been bone dry.. Looks to be the problem. Tried searching for the defrost coil help and not getting an exact hit. Can't find tech sheet underneath. Anyone have it?

Were the evaporator coils frosted over? Did you check the defrost element for continuity?

This refrig. has an ADC/control board that turns the element on. Part no. W10353224. Also there is a bi-metal in the defrost circuit. part no. W10297482
