Ice maker is not producing ice. The indoor water dispenser works and I have replaced the water inlet valve and the ice maker is still not working. Looking for ideas of what to try next. Thanks

It could be the ice maker itself or the tube that feeds it water could be frozen up.

Yes it does look like that. I have pulled the tube out and it is not frozen.
