My up down switch on the thermador cook-n-vent broke. Trying to figure out how to disconnect the switch. I have pulled it up so i can see the 3 connections but I can not figure out how to take them apart. It looks like it just plugs in but I am pulling pretty hard and they do not come apart. The following website is a picture of the switch with wires.

Bosch 00189968 Switch, Up/down W/term - AppliancePartsPros.com

Any ideas will be appreciated.

They are standard spade connectors. Hold both sides of the connectors and pull them apart. Worst case, the wires pull out and you will need to put new connectors on them.
