Does not dry as well as it used to. Turned up water temp. This helped a little. Could it be the heating element?

There are a few things which could cause it.
1. Check for any white or grey build ups inside the dishwasher and on the heating element. The dishwasher should be dry while you checking that.
2. You would need to use a rinse aid.
3. What kind of soap do you use?
4. Which cycles and options you normally used?
5. At the end of cycle open the dishwasher door and carefully touch the heating element to see how hot is it.
Post the results please.

There does not appear to be a build up on the heating element.
We use Finish Jet Dry.
We use Normal Wash and Heat Dry cycles.
Heating element seems to be 120 degrees F.

I used an oven thermometer on the heating element during the drying cycle.

You still need to measure the resistance of the heating element. You can do it from the dishwasher control board. Unplug the dishwasher. Open the door and remove all screws on both sides of the inner door panel. Carefully remove the inner door panel.
Locate the P4 connector on the control board and unplug it. Measure the resistance between the terminals P4-3 and P4-4.
Post the results.
