Water dispenser will not dispense water. When water dispenser micro switch is activated the water valve in back of refrigerator activates and pumps water to water cooler inside of door to SECOND WATER VALVE. Using a voltmeter it was determined that no power is getting to the second water cooler valve. Is it possible that the main Refrigerator electronic control board in the rear of the fridge controls this valve? The part number to the control board is EBR52304408. I strongly suspect it does but would like someone to confirm this before I order the board.

Oh yes, unit is making Ice. Water is flowing through filter to Icemaker. Dispenser control board controls icemaker & when ultra ice option is activated unit does it's job. I do not believe that the dispenser control board would control the second Water valve inside of the water cooler.
