This front load has the stator rotor drive motor. Sounds like it runs but does not turn.The drum turns free.The rotor bolt is tight. Thanks for any help. Breeze

If you haven't found the issue yet let's do a little sleuth work.
When you say it sounds like it runs, is this during spin cycle?
Do you hear it running during agitation?
Have you removed the back cover to listen closer and watch the rotor to see if it is spinning or attempting to spin?
When you turn the drum can you have someone watch to see if the rotor spins as well?
