The door squeaks/squeals whenever it is opened and closed. This model does not have the "rope" over pulley to the springs link, but rather the spring connects directly to a bracket on the door. It sounds like the squeal is coming from where the door rides on pines, but I cannot tell without removing the front panel.

In order to properly diagnose and fix this problem, the dishwasher would need to be removed from its installed position.
Be sure to disconnect power from the unit, disconnect the water supply line from the unit and disconnect the drain line from the unit.
Remove the outer door panel from the dishwasher door by removing the eight screws securing the outer door panel to the dishwasher door frame.
Remove the six screws securing the control panel to the door frame. The control panel will now drop down and be free of the door assembly. The wiring harness will remain connected to the console components.
Now you can access the door springs as well the hinge pins.

Post the results of your troubleshooting.
