it is from an LDA9800 washer built in 75... it had some pin holes which I fixed but, I'd like to find a spare as at some point I'm sure they will be harder and harder to find... the washer otherwise is in great shape... I've rebuilt the tranny, had a new centerpost installed in the baseplate, installed new bearings, spin tube, agitator shaft etc as I said I'd like to have a spare..... a friend of mine who does metal fabrication said if I could get a tub for him he could probably make me a new one... I know there is a place in Arizona that has several machines but I can't get out there right now to tear one apart as I live in NY state... I was wondering if a parts store may have a spare.... thanks Jim

I don't think it's possible to find the new tub but you still can find a used one in good shape. Search for shops who buy and sell used appliances.

I've called several places.... 2 in Arizona said I would have to come there and look for a machine with that style tub..... I'm thinking of going to a scrap yard and looking also...... I don't hold out much hope on finding a new one which is alright.... a used one would be fine with me... thanks for your responses....if you ever happen to hear of one or come across one would you let me know please ???? thanks Jim
