My Maytag Neptune Front Loader washer filled up with water when not being used. We're able to drain it by running the spin cycle.

Is this the water inlet valve? Which part do I need?

Model: MAH5500BWW
Serial: 73920183ZS

Thanks!

Three quick questions
1. does it fill with water always, when on or off and does it overflow unless you stop it? (turn off water valve)
2. will it fill like that if you unplug the machine?
3. does it fill up fast or slow?
