I recently noticed a small amount of water coming out from under my washer and upon opening the top I have a small drip coming from what seems to be a drain at the rear bottom of the dispenser. Water flows fine into tub on start (soap and dispense) and while tub fills. Watching the diverter operate seems it positions itself just past the l position for soap and just before IV on filling tub.

Only happens when dispensing soap at start of cycle. When I say drain I see a preformed tube that comes down about 1 inch off the bottom of the casing and seems to be located just below the diverter where the two tabs are in the back of the soap dispenser.
