Hi! I have an Electrolux gas dryer that's about 1.5 years old. It's still drying fine, but it started to make a loud clicking sound while drying. I took it apart, and the sound seems to be coming from the motor, but I don't see anything obviously wrong with it or anything obviously caught/stuck in it. If I manually spin the dryer, the sound has the same frequency that the motor is spinning at. Here's a short video clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...FWc&feature=youtu.beAny ideas? Besides replacing the whole motor? Thanks!

Have you removed the drum ? If not you should do so and check for a problem in the blower area or the bearing support for the drum. You should be able to remove the drum and run the motor by bypassing the door switch . This will allow you to check for the source of noise from the blower or the motor.
