I recently went out of town for 6 days and left the refrigerator door open. Now the freezer works as it should but the lower has no airflow and no light. I've unplugged it in effort to try and reset it, to no avail. The tank is warm to the touch in the lower back but no fans turning.

Is there some way to reset this model?

If not, where do I start? I know nothing about refrigerators so be kind.
