My washer/dryer stackable machine stopped working after a loud noise was coming from the washing machine. I think the load was not balanced.
After pressing the stop button the washing, washing, lid and spinning lights kept flashing. the ON button is tuck The fabric softener light is stuck on. The machine is not coming on anymore. The technician is not sure what the problem is so he told to order door latch lid lock because the machine is not working anymore. However, the dryer is still. Can anyone tell what the problem might be?
