The ice maker is making ice and dumping ice but it won't let you get ice through the door. When you put your glass against the door and push the button nothing really happens. I looked inside and you can see the little trap door open to allow the ice to come out but the ice isn't coming out. The ice make has a rod that goes through it and usually the rod spins and makes the ice go down, its not spinning. Also when you open the freezer door the red lights are blinking. Is this going to be a control panel issue? Everything else works fine, the water and the ice making.
