Hi,
Our freezer is running and cooling, but it has begun to click loudly when trying to start and does so several times before the compressor comes on.
One of your customer service people has suggested that it's likely the start relay which no longer available, but can be placed with a universal part.
I would like your opinion on what is the likely cause of this clicking and how best to fix it.
