Washer Fills and washes fine. Pump turns on, I hear the water going out, then it stops. It then continues to be stopped. The drain pump was making an odd noise when it turned on so I replaced that with an OEM part. After replacing the pump it continues to not rinse and spin. I took the hose off the water level sensor and blew back through it to make sure it wasn't plugged. I am now on the verge of flustered. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Matt

Is this a front load? Might have something caught in the tub to pump hose clogging it from draining intermittently

It is a front load. When I took the hoses off the pump the water certainly flowed freely enough.

Another Update: I hooked power directly to the pump, so that at the end of the cycle I turned the pump on and waited until it sounded empty. The machine waited a bit and then began the spin cycle. I cycled the pump intermittently during the spin cycle and all seemed to be okay.
Does it seem likely that the pump simply is not being powered?
