I've searched and searched and can't find any troubleshooting available for our washer issue.

Our washer functions fine except for the washing. It will only wash for approximately 30 seconds then goes directly to spin. So everything appears to work appropriately with the exception of the wash cycle.

Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Thanks!

I've had a couple load sensor controls go bad that do that. It's the switch in the back with the clear hose attached to it. Unfortunately it can be difficult to test and it's a fairly expensive part if you guess wrong

Any idea where I can get instructions to test it? If we can't, looks like we'll have to pay someone to come do it :/
