Water leak from top housing near filter.

Water is leaking, actually springing upward, from where the water tube fits into the filter housing. Its the tube feeding the filter, not leaving the filter.
My question is how do you take that housing off. Its only held on by two a screws and push pins. The screws are out. But having a hard time with the push pins. It wont budge.
