Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/26/2016(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a five burner GE Profile cooktop and the middle burner (long, oval shape) suddenly stopped lighting. I ordered a new igniter and after watching a few videos started the repair. After testing everything and verifying 5x5 sparks I lowered the cooktop and when trying again none of the I noticed that none of the igniters were firing from the top. Attached are two videos showing what I am seeing, it's clear that even with the cooktop up the igniters are firing at the bottom half and with the cooktop closed it's all underneath the hood.
