I have a Conquest (Whirlpool?) side by side refrigerator/freezer, and the ice maker recently stopped making ice. The ice maker was full of ice when it stopped, but the ice didn't get ejected. Since the fridge is around 10 years old I assumed the ice maker was out, and I bought a new one to replace it. The new one didn't work either. I tested the voltage at the wire harness the ice maker plugs into and only got just over 40v between the black and white wires (the ice maker switch was on, the door flap was depressed, and the sensor light was solid red). What do I test next?
