Water has been dripping into our fridge from the top. I googled and poured hot water into the drain pan in the back of the freezer to melt ice buildup. That seemed to work, but I really wanted to get that tower cover off to make sure there wasn't a non-ice-related clog and to mop up the water that was stuck so it wouldn't just freeze again. Husband pulled or pushed on something and now the fan in the back of the freezer is very loud, and the cover still won't come off.

HELP.
