Maytag Epic Z washer shuts off when I press the start button. I read how to perform the diagnostic and find the error codes, only that doesn't work. Alternately pressing and releasing a button for 4 seconds results in nothing. Spin cycle will work, but that's it. What does it mean when you can't even get the error code?
