The machine stopped working and it drained very very slowly and the tub appears to have dropped ... any ideas ?

Thejb, The model number you supplied is incorrect or incomplete, you need to recheck and re post with a proper number. In the mean time, this is probably a vertical modular washer and the tub should "float"in the wash cycles, so the tub should rise and fall 3/8 to 1/2 inch on each cycle. The slow drain is or could be due to an article stuck in the hoses or a kink in the drain hose. You'll find the tech data sheet attached to the front panel interior, you may want to access it and review the error codes and run the service diagnostics tests. That would give us an idea of where to start and what to check, first
