I installed this built-in oven in our house in Honduras last year and it was working fine. We've been away now for a few months, the house was unoccupied, but the power went off a few times. BTW, it has whole house surge protection.
When we try and use Bake or Broil, it says "Feature Not Available"
I tried powering off, tried the Cancel-Cancel-Start Test, press 3, and did a reset, but it still doesn't work.
HELP! There are no appliance techs in our part of Honduras to have come out, or to take the oven to.
