Okay not sure if this is the place to ask, but we have nowhere else to turn. We bought a Kenmore electric dryer today. Picked it up brought it home and my husband connected the power supply cord. It wouldn't start, checked circuit breaker, checked voltage everything fine. Yes it's under warranty, but no available appointments until January 27!!! We even connected the cord to our old dryer and it worked, so definitely not the cord. Is there something we're missing?? My husband has fixed our washer and dryer, so he understands the basics. Any suggestions welcomed
