If this fuse is blown then you have to replace it together with the cycling thermostat (#8). In such situation I would also make sure the vent line is clean all the way to the outlet and all air ducts inside the dryer are clean as well. - The part number for the thermal fuse is AP3132867 - The part number for the cycling thermostat is AP3131939 Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL WED5320SQ0 \| AppliancePartsPros.com Gene.
