Probably the clutch lining. It is an easy repair although it will help to have a helper. The part is also inexpensive.

Clutch lining is clutch assembly, is that correct?

The clutch lining is part of the assembly and comes out with just squeezing it. Unless there is a problem with the clutch assembly I recommend just replacing the liner as there is less to go wrong with your repair. Also check to make sure the brakes are releasing, but if it is turning slowly the clutch lining should be all you need to replace.

Try operating it with the cabinet off and the lid switch by passed. Put in a large load and see if the problem is with the spin speed or something else.

Well this is a mystery. Check the brakes, but honestly if it is not the clutch I am kinda at a lost based on the info.
