When trying to use "Bake" on my oven, oven warms up but not getting hot enough. After about 20 min, i get the "F3" error code on the control display.

I did the following:
I tested the oven sensor after removing it from the over, and got a reading of 1080 ohms.

Secondly i tested the Bake Element, getting a reading of 23 ohms.

Thirdly, i removed the ERC and checked for signs of tracing and being charred or signs of being hot, and found nothing.
This board is no longer made. Do you think i can still have a bad board since the oven sensor is showing correct ohms?. Is there any other component to check?

Thanks!
