Ok, we have a Frigidaire Model FFUS2613LS4, the evaporator coils are freezing up. I have tested the defrost heater and have continuity(it tested good), I have replaced the thermostat for it. It is now freezing up again and the refrigerator temp is getting up to the low to mid 50's. Is there something I am missing. I don't think its the damper, because it is working fine until the evaporator freezes back up. Is there a possibility that it could be the control board? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also, ever since the problem started, this refrigerator beeps 3 beeps once every hour on the hour, and the evaporator fan kicks off and back on and then it runs as normal, except the evaporator coils are still frozen up.
