Cannot get Electrolux dryer model EWMED70JSS0 to enter diagnostic mode. Any suggestions?

Have you tried unplugging the unit for a few minutes to see if the control board will reset itself

If yes then try to determine if the buttons that put it into diags actually work.

If they do then the problem is most likely in the control board not the keyboard.
