I have a bottom freezer and have had water on the floor twice. I also noticed ice on the bottom of the freezer compartment. What's wrong.

Odds are that the defrost drain is plugged.
You can flush it but if it does not look like the below (item 24 in section 01)then install the new type of drain tube.
