My Roper washing machine has had increasing instances of unbalanced spin cycles lately. Last night during the drain/spin cycle after rinsing, it made a horrible grinding/groaning sound and wouldn’t spin or drain. After reading other posts here, I discovered that it makes the same grinding sound when it tries to agitate.
I can't turn the agitator manually.
What parts should I order to be sure I can fix it?
It’s model # is
RAX4232KQ1
THANKS in advance – you rock!!

It fills with water but doesn't drain, drain or spin. I think it may be the switch. What are your thoughts on this?

It also won't agitate.
