Washer started off not draining water out and now it does not fill on either cycle. When turning dial to either cycle the noise that is usually heard when the cycle is engaging can not be heard. Please help, I HATE the laundry mat.

The most likely explanation is a bad timer, so try changing it. If you buy the timer from this site and it does not fix the problem you can return it. When you check the machine make sure the lid switch is not broken. A broken lid switch would probably not cause the problems on this model, but check anyway.
