It turns without the tray, but will not turn when using either the glass tray or the metal tray (for convection/speed cook oven function). Please let me know if you can help with this issue ... I would assume that possibly the shaft assembly needs replacing... but I can't discount the fact that the motor may also just be weak with age ... I would like to be able to just order 1 part or the other ... and not both ... since I would like to be able to repair it with just one time taking it out of service and taking it all apart ...
