Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/16/2015(UTC) Posts: 1		Fridigiare CPDS3085KF7- this is a dual fuel oven. The electric oven was in self-clean and one of the gas burners was also on (I'm sure this contributed to problem). Broiler element exploded. Turned off / on circuit breaker a couple of times over a 8 hour period and a couple of error codes came up the last two were F30 and then F10. No error code after oven cooled down. Left breaker on overnight with "Hot" and the door lock on. Sometime overnight the door unlocked. Replaced the broiler element. Still no error codes, but the oven takes over an hour to heat to 350F and broiler element won't get hot. Replaced the oven temp probe sensor. Still the same problem. Electronic Oven Control (EOC board) works for other functions like: timer, lights. Convection fan and cooling fan also work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. M

Since the bake element and I assume the convection elements work it sounds like the control board is shot. I would double check that the bake element comes on. Also would not hurt to check the broil element with a meter, should be around 15 ohms. If OK then check that the wiring from the broil element to the control board is good If OK then I would replace the control board. Be sure that the unit is unplugged when doing this. The reason that it takes a long time to preheat is that during preheat and bake the unit switches back and forth between the bake and broil elements.
