I have a refrigerator. The freezer side is working but the refrigerator side is not getting cold. The compressor is hot to the touch. Is the compressor bad? The fan is spinning

Sorry but I cannot find any info on the given model number.

I am assuming that this unit is a single evaporator unit (in the freezer).

I am also assuming that the fan you refer to is the evaporator/freezer fan and that it is blowing ots of air.

Many units have a baffle/flap between the freezer and the fresh food secyions.
Some are manual and some actually open/close depending on temperature.
Prerhaps it is closed and so no cold air gets into the fresh food section.
