My washer won't drain.

It spins on the spin cycle and sounds like it's draining but doesn't. I have already tried pushing the lid thing. (Sorry I don't know what it's called.)

Please help, the water stinks!

I am myself an appliance repair expert and I make a living by repairing the appliances in the Jacksonville, Florida area. I found this info to be good.
