I have a Kenmore refrigerator model number 25356943601 both the freezer and the fridge side are not getting cold I have no idea what is wrong any suggestions???:confused:

Is the compressor running. Yes?
Make sure both fans are running.Yes?

See if you have ice buildup on the back of the freezer and behind the back cover in the freezer. This would indicate a defrost problem.
