Checked board at motor had power at RB wire at C2-5. No power at WR wire at C2-3. power at O wire C2-6 (wire Diagram shows SX but wire is O). No blinking lights on board above motor. Checked Control Circuit board and had no power at terminal 6 where WR wire connects. Looked all over and could not find a fuse. Diagram shows one on WR wire. What do you think bad motor or open circuit.

The fuse is on a wire coming down on the right hand side. But if there is not one there then you have multiple choices, which is terrible but that is the way GE built these things.

You can try changing out the control unit, and if you buy from this site you can return the part. But I am not optimistic, when you do not get an error signal these units are just very difficult to diagnose.
