Not enough pressure getting to spin arms. Cleaned every plastic part, spin arms, sump cup, filter, riser tubes, etc. then turned it upside down and removed the pump from the motor to see if there were any chunks inside the rubber housing. Looked fine. Cleaned the chopper blade. Reassembled everything and still didn't get water pressure enough to spin the arms.
Watched a YouTube of a similar model and found out there is a rubber flapper in the sump box that supposedly keeps the flow in one direction. In my machine there was no rubber flapper. (This machine pCame with the house) So tried to find the part to order it but there doesn't seem to be any such part for my model. So..
Question 1: does this model have a rubber flapper?
Next reading the forums there was the suggestion to fill the bottom with water just below the heating element. That actually helped a little in that the bottom arm spun but still not enough to spin the top arms?? So...
Question 2: how can I tell if there is an issue with the pump as I know that there are no blockages in the conduits.
