Ok so I have a Whirlpool dryer that shuts off after a couple minutes of drying. I can start the unit right back up again and it will run for another 2 minutes then it shuts off again and so on. I know the vents not clogged vent because I totally disconnected that. I tried putting it in "Air Dry" mode and set for 20 minutes and it ran fine the whole time. So it runs fine when its not heating. I checked all the wires at terminals and everything seems to be tight. I am getting 120V off each leg also. From what I've read it is NOT the motor overheating because I can start it right up again each time. I'm thinking maybe its an Internal-Bias Thermistor. Someone PLEASE help. lol
Thanks for your time!

So I replaced the Thermistor and still shuts off. But I noticed that it is blinking a trouble code after it shuts off. The "Wet" LED blinks 3 times and then 1 time. I looked it up and found that the trouble code is F3E1 which says that its either the thermistor(which i already replaced) or the wire harness for the thermistor. Wire harness ordered...

If you have a meter, check the thermal components like the high limit thermostat, check the moisture bar, and the cheap little thermal fuse. The little thermal fuse will cause problems like this when it is bad instead of completely burning out.
The control board will lie to you sometimes, it's tricky.
