I have a top loading Roper whirlpool washer Model number RTW444VQ2
SERIAL- C0020179
It is not filling with cold water (unsure about hot as it is not hooked up for hot as we do not have a hot hookup here) When it first happened it hummed but didn't fill but only for a min. It does not hum or fill. It will spin and again at rinse to water comes.
