Hey all,
I am having a water dispenser issue. I recently replaced my filter per manufactures instructions. I started having issues within the next day. Water will initially come out as normal, but after a few ounces, maybe 8, flow starts to drop off and the fridge starts making a hammering noise. It goes from a hammering noise with decent pressure/flow, to a whining noise with very little pressure/flow. I thought I may have gotten a bad filter. So, I bought another one and the problem persists. With the bypass plug installed, it seems to work fine...pumps roughly 1 gal/min. I think that seems pretty good. Another weird thing is that when the washing machine is filling, or a toilet is filling, it dispenses water perfectly...I'm confused and need help.

No luck. Bought a couple Brita pitcher filters and said forget it. Repairman came to inspect and didn't know the problem.
