Water is leaking, it appears from the pump housing 3369011. Is there are casket in that housing, or does the housing have to be replaced? Are there instructions anywhere that show me how to remove this assembly? Dishwasher motor is fine, just the leak from around the edge of the pump housing..thx

Here are your parts Parts for Kenmore Dishwasher 6651514590 - AppliancePartsPros.comIf you go to the Sears parts site they have part breakdown diagrams. Unforetunately they do not share these with other vendors. But you can use their part number and then come back to AppliancePartsPros, look up that number and often you will get more info than is available on the Sears site. Yes there is a grommet, see the part at the end of this post. Here is a link to a manual which may be helpful. You will have to join the site and be logged in to be able to download it. A unit similar to yours is at the start of it. http://appliancejunk.com...wnloads;sa=view;down=324Part number: AP2909466
I always put a light coating of lithium grease on seals when I replace them as this help prevent them from twisting. Cooking oil or margarine etc. will also work. |
