Hi, My Thin Twin stackable washing machine fills up with water, but it won't start washing. How do I determine if it is the lid switch or the timer? Thank you so much for your help! Patti

The easiest and most reliable way to tell is to by-pass the lid switch. You can also try other cycles and the rinse cycle. If it won't work on any cycle that suggests the lid switch, assuming that this model is set up so that the lid switch stops the agitation cycle as well as the spin cycle.

Hi! I was sure that I saw step-by-step directions (diagrams included) on this website showing how to replace this lid switch (Whirlpool Model LTE6234DQ5 Thin Twin Stackable W & D), but I can't seem to find it anywhere now! Would you be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks so much for your help! Patti
