Hello,

I've searched the forum and couldn't find this scenario.

It started with E63. The heater element was in really bad shape. The fuses on heater element were all good. Replaced the heater element. Plugged it back it. E66.

Pulled it back apart. The thermal fuse on the vent was bad - no continuity. Hunted down a new one. Checked new fuse before installing - it was good. Put the dryer back together. Plugged it in. Turned the knob to get a display. E66 again. The thermal fuse immediately blew.

Traced wiring to look for any damage or shorts. Nothing noticeable. Pulled out PCB from Control box. Nothing looks bad.

What now? This is rough with a kid in potty training phase.

Thanks all.
