Ice maker running and no ice. It feels cool in the machine and there was ice in the cube section at top of maker but not freezing. What should I do? I have never run the cleaning cycle. Would that help? Thanks.

I don't think it's an ice maker problem. Check for ice buildup on the back wall of the freezer where the evaporator coils are. you'll need to take the back cover off. It may be a defrost problem.
