My GE Monogram side by side built in refrigerator model # ZISS480DRBS never gets above freezing - mostly around 28 degrees. Doesn't respond much at all to temp settings. Freezer works perfectly. I replaced the fridge temp sensor without improvement.

Text conversation with this site's parts tech who said it is Main Control Board Assembly, part # AP3885943. On searching other sites, what sounds like same problem diagnosed as Damper Control Assembly (door stuck open?). Would prefer ordering the correct solution. Any suggestions as to tracking down the problem?

If your damper control has a wiring harness/ wiring clip running to it, unplug the wires and see what it does, if it a mechanical type, it may be hanging open.
Some people call this a diffuser.
