I just tryng to start a new (never use since we bought it many years ago) oven electrolux E30EW85ESS2 but at the moment when select to Bake/Broil or Pre Heat and select any temperature and press start button the oven try to start (the fan start) but immediately stop and the display shows the following errors ERR F14 ERR.

Any people in this forum knows what we can do to fix it?

Hi, David.

The F14 error code means that control board is not sensing the touch panel connection. So you need to turn the breakers off and get behind the control panel to check on the connectors. Unplug and replug them to the control board. That, in most cases takes care of the problem. If the problem still persists you will need to replace the control board.

Dear Simon, thank for your answer and help. I already changed it 3 months ago. The issue continues after I changed the Realy Board past friday because somebody recommend me to change (He though the issue was related to power).

I'm really frustated with this oven because I can't use even once since I bought it.

I really appreciatte if you can help me to solve this issue think what else I can do to fix it.

I know it's a wild shot, but does both ovens acting up the same?

Yes Simon both are acting up the same.

I forgot to tell you that I already changed the Touch Panel many months ago.

Do you have pictures or images about how the connectors are connected between the diferent boards, may be the came bad connected.

I really appreciate your help.

Hi, David.

At this point you have replaced all the key parts. Unless you had a faulty replacement part there is not much I can help you with. If you purchased the control panel and the control board from us you can return or exchange them within one year.
