I replaced the latch plate on the tub and the mechanism on the door as well.
The cycle starts and runs about 45 mins then pops open, incomplete.
I've checked the door level. It's a tiny bit high in the front, which makes sense to me and level left to right.
I have also replaced the door pulleys.
The diagnostic test seems to be OK. The tub is properly side mounted and level near as the level will indicate. Maybe a tiny bit high in the front.
Checked the thermal fuse, it's OK. Unseated and reseated the ribbon cable from the PCB to the CP.
No squeaks. Hinges appear to be OK.
Is it possible there is some kind of interior heat or pressure sensor that would cause the issue?
Or should I perhaps tighten the door pulleys from mid position to top position?

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Could be that the air vent is not opening so pressure is building up in the unit.

Remove power from the unit and check the air vent's wax motors resistance.

Wax motors often burn out.
